I am Bob. I live in Austin. Last month I turned 52. This month (July 2013) I’m walking 500 miles across Spain with my brother Dave (aka Deke)  and his son, my nephew Josh.

This whole thing was Josh’s idea.  It’s called the Camino de Santiago. Travelers for close to a thousand years having been taking this pilgrimage.

Now we’re doing it with an iPad, a wireless keyboard and WiFi.

We’ll do our best to keep you updated here. If blisters and fatigue don’t render us completely useless.
